Each service has its own $100 deposit. A website requires a $100 website deposit, and Logo Design requires a separate $100 logo deposit. If you book both together, the total deposit is $200. Each deposit becomes non-refundable once work has started on that service. The remaining balance is due after final approval, before the completed work is delivered or launched.

No. Start by submitting the project inquiry form. Nova will review the project and confirm the appropriate scope and package first. Once everything is confirmed, you'll receive a secure Stripe invoice for the $100 deposit.

Most standard website projects are targeted for completion in approximately one week after all necessary content and information have been received. Timing can vary depending on the size of the project, the amount of content involved, and how quickly feedback and requested materials are provided.

The Essential Website package includes up to 2 revision rounds. The Enhanced Website package includes up to 3 revision rounds. Revision rounds take place before final approval and launch.

A revision round is an opportunity to review the current version of the website and provide a collected list of changes. Those requested changes are completed together as one round before the next version is reviewed.

Yes. Every Nova website is designed to work across desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.

Yes. Once your project is completed and final payment has been received, you own the finished website. You will receive a complete copy of the website files and associated code for your records and future use.

Once the project is complete and paid for, you receive the finished logo files and full ownership of the delivered design.
